360 Review Process
1. Register. Because we personalize each 360 review, please
call or e-mail us to register for your 360 Leadership Review today!
2. Survey Design and
Set-Up. After a discussion of project goals, an on-line survey instrument is customized specifically for you. We start with our 360 questionnaire based on Character, Competence and Chemistry.
At this time, we will work with you on customizing the survey screen that the participants will see along with any e-mail templates that will be used.
We recommend that questions be based on a 1-5 agreement scale, but you may choose to allow readers to leave comments. You may also opt to include some open-ended questions.
This part of the process also includes identification of the recipients of the survey, including: the target, their boss (if applicable), peers, and direct reports. There is no limit to the number of raters that you chose to include in the survey.
3. Survey Distribution. At the date designated for the Review to begin, an e-mail will automatically be sent to all raters with instructions and a link to the Review itself.
4. Survey Administration. This survey is administered via the internet and is fully-automated.
5. Survey Completion. The target of the Review, their boss, peers, and direct reports will complete the online survey at their convenience. The survey itself takes about 15 minutes to complete. We generally allow 2-4 weeks, as requested, to run the survey.
6. Survey Processing. As soon as the survey administration is complete, you will receive a PDF report. In addition to the statistical results, any comments will be listed anonymously to protect confidentiality.
7. Executive Conference. For President/CEO/Senior Pastor 360 Reviews, at your earliest convenience we will schedule a 1 hour debrief which will include data interpretation and help with action planning.
8. Implement an Action Plan. Looking at your strengths and weaknesses, develop a plan for improvement.
9. Coaching.
We offer additional coaching at each level as part of our Premium Package option. Coaching, action planning and follow-up are key success criteria to insure these 360’s are successful.
10. Monitor Growth.
Our 360 Review is designed to be a regular part of your leadership growth. Plan for anual or bi-anual follow-up Reviews to monitor your growth at a reduced cost.
