Our consulting approach is represented by this four phase model, which outlines our method of effectively discovering the key issues, designing system components, delivering the right solutions and continuously monitoring results. Each phase builds on the previous one.

  3. Design: formulate possibility propositions of your ideal organization capable of realizing the new dream.
  4. Destiny: strengthen the affirmative capability of the organization to build hope and momentum around a deep purpose and create processes for learning and change.

Finally, we recommend you measure and monitor the progress, adjusting and improvising for re-mobilization along the way.

Depending on the size of your organization, our Action Inquiry Workshops take about a week to complete, which includes hour-long small group mettings with select staff and a half-day all-staff workshop.
