Engage! Mission Survey

Engage! was initiated by the WEA Mission Commission and researchers from Global Mapping International and the Best Christian Workplaces Institute.

Summary Report	Provides next day results for each survey item.		Available one day after close date chosen for your organization.
Benchmark Report	Contextualizes your survey by providing comparisons relative to peer Christian organizations. In addition, it offers invaluable open ended responses. Get a Sample Benchmark Report		Available the week following the completion of the survey.
Debriefing	A one-hour teleconference with a BCWI researcher/consultant will supply you with an in-depth review of your survey results and assist you in utilizing your reports for strategic planning.		At your convenience after receiving the Benchmark Report.
Certification	In order to qualify for Certification, survey participants with a staff of 10-400 must score an average of 4.0 or higher on the survey as a whole. For organizations above 400 employees, the standard is based on size. These larger organizations must have an average of 4.0-.05([s-400]/100), where “s” is the number of staff in the participating organization, or higher on their survey as a whole. Press releases are sent out to news syndicates as soon as Certification is announced.
Comprehensive Report	Provides a detailed breakdown of survey information into seven demographic areas (age, job level, tenure, gender, job status, department and residency) to help identify key agency initiatives for your organization. Department/Region Reports	Will enable department/region leaders to engage in the improvement process by providing them with focused information about their departments/regions. The Department Report allows for a "waterfall" design in which top leadership may examine the overall results and then disseminate Department Reports at succeeding levels.
